• You will not provide confidential information in the electronic mail communication.
• Your email communication will not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. This law firm will not represent you as a client without a formal, written agreement to do so.
• You acknowledge that we have no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information you submit to us unless we have already agreed to represent you or we later agree to do so. We may represent a party in a matter adverse to you even if the information you submit to us could be used against you in the matter.
• Electronic mail is not a secure method of communication. It is possible that the communication might be copied and held by any computer through which it passes, and that persons not participating in the communication might intercept the communication.
